The challenge
Acme Corp’s previous marketing site was a slow, JavaScript-heavy SPA. Pages were slow to interactive, the blog had no structured data, and the team had no way to ship a new landing page without a developer in the loop.
What we changed
- Rebuilt the marketing surface on the Astro template — static-first, near-zero client JS, hybrid SSR for forms.
- Modeled landing pages, services, and case studies as content collections so marketing can edit MDX without touching components.
- Wired the JSON-LD
@idgraph end-to-end so every page is eligible for the right rich results.
Outcome
The new site shipped in fourteen days. Lighthouse SEO climbed to 100 across every public route, LCP dropped to 1.2 seconds on the homepage, and demo signups grew 28% in the first month after launch.
